What is WhizzFizzFest?
WhizzFizzFest – the family-friendly literary and arts festival has become an eagerly anticipated annual event for Aylesbury town centre, attracting visitors with interests in all areas of the arts. Originally inspired by Roald Dahl, WhizzFizzFest has evolved into a celebration of all creative arts with children’s literature and their amazing imaginations being at the heart of it all.
This year, things looked a little different…
We joined up with some of our friends, and WhizzFizzFest went on tour across the county for the first time, spanning not one, not two but three weekends in July! Visitors to Aylesbury on Sea, Desborough Carnival and Hats off Chesham! were able to enjoy a whirlwind of creative activities and unforgettable experiences, all connected with an overarching theme of friendship.
